Michael Monday

Michael Monday serves as the General Counsel and Regional Compliance Officer for the Americas at AESC, an international electric vehicle company, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of General Counsel for North America at Marelli, overseeing legal functions for a leading global Tier One automotive supplier from July 2011 to July 2023. Michael has also served as Corporate Counsel at MetoKote Corporation, where responsibilities included establishing the legal function and managing legal expenditures. Additional roles include Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society's Columbus, Ohio Chapter, and various positions as a transactional associate attorney. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an MBA in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
