Rakesh Mistry

Rakesh Mistry has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rakesh is currently serving as the Director Purchasing & Finance - North America at AESC since January 2022. Prior to this, Rakesh held the position of Executive Managing Director - North America at erae Automotive from June 2016 to December 2021. Rakesh also worked at Stratasys as the Vice President - Global Sourcing from May 2015 to May 2016. Rakesh's long tenure at General Motors includes various roles such as Managing Director - Chassis Purchasing - GM International and Director Thermal & CCA Purchasing | Program Management & Process - GM International, among others. Before joining General Motors, Rakesh had managerial roles at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

Rakesh Mistry attended Harvard Business School in 2014-2015 for executive education in Emerging Leader. Prior to that, they pursued a Global Executive MBA (Honors) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Sungkyunkwan University in 2011-2012. Rakesh completed their undergraduate studies at Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science from 1985 to 1989, earning a BS (Honors) in Industrial and Production Engineering.
