Teppei Endo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial strategy and project management within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Industrial Strategy and Global Production Control at AESC since August 2022, Teppei is responsible for developing mid to long-term production strategies for lithium-ion battery gigafactories worldwide. Prior roles include General Manager of Project Management for Nidec-Elesys, where project management for inverter supply to Tier 1 customers in Europe was prioritized, and Deputy Program Director at Nissan Motor Corporation, overseeing program management for various electric vehicle models. Throughout a career at Nissan, Teppei established robust production control operations, optimized supply chains, and implemented best practices in international settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego and an MBA from Globis University.
