Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Lab General Operations at AESC, Tom previously held roles as a Senior Lab Operation Manager at Envision AESC and a Global Test Center Lab & Equipment Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose. They possess expertise in managing lab quality systems compliant with ISO 17025 and leading large capital projects. Tom holds an MBA in Project Management from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Automation from Hunan University.
