冯薇 Vivian

Vivian Feng is currently the Europe Deputy HR Head and Global HRBP of the Factory Construction Team at AESC, an auto battery company, based in Munich. Previously, Vivian held various leadership roles in HR across several companies, including HR Director at LMT Group and HR Director at 猎萝卜, leading large teams and driving HR strategies. Vivian earned a Bachelor's degree in English Art and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, complemented by an EMBA from Mannheim Business School. Their diverse experience spans multiple countries, including Germany, the UK, France, Spain, the USA, and China.
