Pawel Szczygiel

Pawel Szczygiel has extensive experience in the medical device sector, currently serving as a Marketing Manager for Technical Service at Aesculap (US) since August 2002. Previously, Szczygiel held the position of Service Manager, managing the daily operations of the ATS Service Department, which included responsibilities such as manpower planning, recruitment, workflow management, and quality control. Prior to Aesculap, Szczygiel was a Field Service Manager at CHIFA/Aesculap from September 1998 to August 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and multiple apprenticeships in surgical instrumentation and manufacturing, with training in both Germany and Poland.
