Cristina Marie Agena, CHRP, is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at AESG since November 2022, Cristina previously held the position of Executive Secretary/HR Admin at NAFFCO ELECTROMECHANICAL CO. LLC from July 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and facilitating communication between departments. Earlier roles include Marketing Coordinator at NAFFCO FZCO, Guidance Personnel at STA. TERESA COLLEGE, and Human Resource Assistant at SM Retail, demonstrating a well-rounded background in HR functions, administration, and employee support. Cristina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Batangas State University and pursued a master's degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
