Martin Emmer

Martin Emmer is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at DB Fernverkehr AG. They held the position of CHRO and Head of HR at Aesir Interactive GmbH from 2023 to 2025, and previously worked at Korian Deutschland in various roles, including Küchenleiter and HR-Manager, from 2012 to 2014. Martin completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Wirtschaftsrecht at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management and is a certified mediator from Akademie Perspektivenwechsel. They also trained as a chef at Städtische Berufsschule für das Hotel-, Gaststätten- und Braugewerbe München from 2007 to 2009.
