Gael Walker

Gael Walker is an experienced retail operations leader currently serving as Global Head of Retail Operations at Aesop since September 2023. Prior to this, Gael held the same position at The Body Shop from December 2018 to September 2023. Gael's career also includes significant roles at L’Oreal Paris, where Gael served as Head of Retail Operations from October 2017 to December 2018, and as Retail and Operations Manager from July 2013 to October 2017. Early in Gael's career, various positions were held at Procter & Gamble, including Beauty Consultant Team Leader and National Account Manager for multiple brands, as well as Store Operations Manager. Gael's initial role in the industry began at Gillette as a National Account Manager. Gael holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language from the University of Glasgow, earned between September 1994 and June 1998.
