Harry Osuna

Harry Osuna has extensive experience in Human Resources and retail management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of HR and People Experience for the Americas at Aesop since September 2016. In this role, Harry provides strategic partnership to US Retail leaders and manages a broad array of HR functions, including labor laws, compliance, and employee relations. Previously, Harry held roles as a Human Resources Advisor and Specialist, focusing on HR activities for the US and Canada, as well as supporting talent acquisition initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Store Manager, driving sales strategies and developing high-performing teams. Harry studied Psychology and Social Behavior, earning a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine and has further educational experience at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
