Jules Chalmers

Jules Chalmers currently serves as the Head of Social Impact at Aesop, overseeing the Global Social Impact programme, the Aesop Foundation, employee volunteering initiatives, product donations, and commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion since May 2021. Previously, Jules held various leadership roles at Amnesty International, including Philanthropy and Partnerships Director and Trusts and Foundations Director, from December 2015 to April 2021. Prior experience encompasses positions at INGOs and Grant Makers, Oxfam, The Conservation Volunteers, and Ketchum, contributing expertise in philanthropy, partnerships, and communications. Jules Chalmers holds a BSc Hons in Social Anthropology and Communications from Brunel University, an International Development and Leadership degree from Syracuse University, and completed a Leadership Programme at Henley Business School.
