Victor Zhu

Victor Zhu currently serves as the Head of Technology for Asia and the Head of Global Integration Delivery at Aesop, overseeing all technology services in the Asia region. With extensive experience in project and program management across various companies, including Motorola Solutions, Coles, Telstra, and Ericsson, Victor has held numerous senior positions such as Senior Project Manager and R&D Manager. Victor has a solid educational background, including an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and multiple degrees in engineering from Southeast University. Currently pursuing further education at the Indian School of Business, Victor combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills in agile project management and technology integration.
