Tom Broadbent

Tom Broadbent has extensive experience in engineering and digital transformation, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Vulcan Engineering Limited since April 2019, and holding the position of Head of Digital Transformation at AESSEAL since November 2018, where responsibilities include implementing automated solutions and overseeing the digital roadmap. Previously, Tom was Product Manager at first4seals plc, where responsibilities included designing and managing custom component deals, and held multiple roles at AESSEAL from May 2010 to September 2015, including Innovation Team Manager and Project Manager, focusing on product development and strategic projects. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design from De Montfort University and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
