Guilhem Senegas

Guilhem Senegas is currently the CIO and Head of Digital Transformation at Electrolux Professional. Prior to this, they were the VP IT Solutions Finance, Global Operations & Quality at bioMerieux from January 2013 to January 2020. In this role, they managed a team of 40 internal and 40 external consultants responsible for delivering a large portfolio of transformation programs and support within finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Guilhem also interacted with members of the Executive Committee for Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Finance to evangelize on technologies and digital transformation, set priorities, and decide on strategies that included Information Systems. Some of their major achievements include successfully leading the SAP HANA migration project with no business disruption, implementing digital transformation projects and initiatives in Quality and Supply Chain based on Agile/MVP and SAP Cloud Platform and SaaS best-of-breed, designing the whole IS/OT roadmap for transforming Manufacturing within the Industry 4.0 framework, and managing to eliminate obsolescence within their areas.

Before bioMerieux, Senegas was the Director IT - EMEA at Merieux NutriSciences from October 2010 to September 2013. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Capgemini from September 2007 to October 2010.

Guilhem Senegas is an engineer who specializes in electronics. Guilhem attended CentraleSupélec for their undergraduate degree and then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs. Guilhem has also completed a Fit For the Future program at CEDEP - Executive Development – Fontainebleau and a Digital Transformation program at EDHEC Business School. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Scrum.org in Professional scrum master, Udemy in Digital Transformation Masterclass, and Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
