Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Doctor of Medicine degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. John's University. Additionally, Elizabeth has received esthetics training from Atelier Esthetique Institute and Lia Schorr Institute.
