Randy W. has a diverse work experience in the field of plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. Randy started their career at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates in 2013 as a Physician Assistant, where they worked closely with a medical team to provide patients with quality plastic surgery care. Randy'sresponsibilities included assisting physicians, conducting preliminary examinations, and organizing medical data. In 2014, Randy W. joined Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery as the Medical Scientific Director and later became the Director of Medical Sciences, specializing in plastic surgery devices. Randy was responsible for overseeing medical research and advancements in the field of facial aesthetics. In 2018, Randy W. joined Aesthetic MdR, a medical aesthetic center in Marina del Rey, where they offer a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare programs.

Randy W. began their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania. Randy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 2004. Wanting to further their education in the medical field, Randy then attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they successfully earned a Master of Medicine degree. Upon completing their time at the University of Maryland, they went on to pursue a residency program in Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital. This program lasted from 2009 to 2013, allowing Randy W. to gain valuable experience in the field of plastic surgery.
