Juan Castellanos

Juan Castellanos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Juan co-founded Aestuary in 2020 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to this, they co-founded Alana Consulting in 2018, which is a data-driven management consulting firm where they currently serve as an advisor. In 2016, they co-founded Alana Athletica, a company that designs and produces yoga-inspired women's activewear in collaboration with abuse survivors and they are still actively involved as an advisor. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Juan worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2014 to 2017. Juan also held roles at ExpoCredit, Highland Creek Partners LLC, and Zolio Inc in 2013, where they gained experience in factoring, private equity search, and investment management analysis. Juan started their professional career as a Kicker for Stanford Football from 2010 to 2012. Overall, Juan has a strong background in entrepreneurship, consulting, finance, and sports.

Juan Castellanos attended Ronald Reagan High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Stanford University from 2010 to 2014.
