Alex Villegas

Alex Villegas is a Senior Information Technology Application Analyst at AET, providing application support for COMPAS and iDMS systems to office users and 90 vessels since April 2018. Previously, Alex served as a CS Technology Analyst at Wiley, focusing on application support for the Global Order Processing team and managing system defects using JIRA. Alex's earlier experience includes working as a Billing System Analyst at SingTel, where participation in UAT for new consumer services was key, and as a Senior Team Manager at TELUS International Philippines, overseeing operations in an outbound call center. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
