Terence de Silva

Terence De Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in fleet support and technical service management. Currently serving as Fleet Support IT Senior Executive at AET since May 2015, Terence has previously held the role of Assistant Service Manager at Consilium, where responsibilities included overseeing after-sales technical support with a team of eight engineers. Prior to that, Terence worked as a Navigation Service Engineer at Swift Electronic Engineers Pte Ltd, focusing on the installation and commissioning of critical marine navigational equipment. Academically, Terence holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2021, and is pursuing a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the Singapore Quality Institute.
