Emma Fenton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emma most recently worked at eGain Corporation, starting as a Graduate Customer Success Manager in February 2019 and progressing to a Customer Success Manager in February 2020. From July 2022 onwards, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Emma worked at Calcot Services for Children as a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker from September 2016 to July 2018, and later as a Team Leader from July 2018 to February 2019. Emma also gained experience as a Medical Student at Masaryk University from September 2014 to September 2016. Emma had an internship as a Medical Data Analysis Officer at CLASH 2012 in June and July 2014, where they contributed to various research projects. Emma pursued their undergraduate studies as a Medical Science student at De Montfort University from September 2011 to July 2014. Emma also had roles as an Accounts Assistant at Exony in August and September 2013, and as a Bear Builder at Build-A-Bear Workshop from August 2009 to September 2012. Throughout their professional journey, they have developed skills in customer success management, team leadership, healthcare, data analysis, and sales.
Emma Fenton completed their A Levels in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths, as well as an AS level in Business at Queen Mary's College from 2009 to 2011. Emma then pursued a Bachelor of Medical Science degree at De Montfort University from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Medical Scientist. Following that, they attended Masaryk University Brno from 2014 to 2016, where they attained a degree in General Medicine.
