Cheryl Horn

Cheryl Horn, PE, currently serves as Vice President at Aeterra, LLC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Cheryl held several positions at RPS North America from November 2010 to August 2021, including Vice President, Director, and Senior Engineer, focusing on environmental compliance and management as well as site investigation and remediation. Cheryl's earlier experience includes working as a Staff Professional at S&ME, Inc. from September 2006 to April 2008, where responsibilities involved natural resources services, design calculations, AutoCAD drawings for stream channel relocations, and pre-construction permitting requirements. Cheryl Horn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Mercer University between 2000 and 2002, with additional educational experience at Virginia Tech and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
