Kristen Magee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the environmental services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Aeterra, LLC since June 2021, Kristen has previously held notable positions including Senior Vice President of Strategic Environmental Services at RPS from September 2017 to April 2021, where leadership was provided to the North American group and the Boston office was established. Kristen also held various roles at RPS GaiaTech from August 2005 to January 2021, rising through the ranks from Associate to Director. Earlier experiences include serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, where mentorship was provided for a Research in Cell Biology class, and as a Research & Laboratory Assistant at the Boston Biomedical Research Institute. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Art History from the University of Notre Dame.
