Alexander Pearce

Alexander Pearce is an automation engineer at Aether Biomachines. Prior to that, they were a research associate at Zymergen, where they played a key role in optimizing several workflows crucial for downstream processes. Alexander also worked as an assistant team coach at American Gymnastics Club, helping students learn fundamental gymnastics body shapes and progressions through increasingly difficult skills. Pearce has also worked as a brewmaster's assistant at Vida Juice and as a sous chef at Burn Hot Sauce.

Alexander Pearce attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Biochemistry.

They are on a team with Sean Noonan - Chief Financial Officer, Mayukh Guha - Senior Scientist Enzyme Biology, and Stylianos Kyriacou - Senior ML Engineer. Alexander Pearce reports to Pavle Jeremic, Founder & CEO.
