Mateusz Pawelec

Mateusz Pawelec has been working in the medical and engineering fields since 2010. Mateusz began their career as a Medical Device Engineer at Swissmed Centrum Zdrowia in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Terma sp. z o.o. as a Mechanical Design Engineer and R&D and Product Manager. In 2018, they began working at Andiamo as a Senior Product Design Engineer and R&D Team Manager. In 2020, they were a MedTech Startup Incubation Manager at Fundacja "OIC Poland" and an R&D Consultant at Ortheo3D. Mateusz is currently an Organization Maturity Manager at Aether Biomedical. Mateusz has also served as a Guest Lecturer at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku and Politechnika Gdańska, and as a Brand Manager at MJST Sp. z o.o.

Mateusz Pawelec has a diverse educational background. From 2007 to 2012, they attended both Gdańsk University of Technology and Medical University of Gdansk, earning a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Medical Engineering and Inżynieria Medyczna, respectively. Mateusz also obtained a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in Inżynieria w medycynie/bioinżynieria from Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a Postgraduate in Project Management (PMI) from Kozminski University. In addition, Mateusz has obtained several certifications, including a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management and a PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, and a Mini MBA INTENSIVE from Management & Marketing Universal Business School in 2015.
