Shay Salomon

Shay Salomon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Aether Media since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Television in the Commercial Department at Keshet Media Group from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Salomon served as the VP of Marketing at Halman Aldubi Investment House, where they focused on cost reduction through business collaboration and automation processing. They also held the role of Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2017, leading strategic project management and future forecasting initiatives. Additionally, Salomon worked as a Sales Manager at the same company from 2011 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Salomon gained experience in the financial sector as the Vice Manager of the Operations Division at Final from 2008 to 2011. They specialized in automatic trading systems and high-frequency trading methods.

Salomon's professional journey began in the Israeli Navy, where they served as the Chief of Sonar for the Israeli Submarine Fleet from 2002 to 2008.

Shay Salomon pursued higher education in various fields throughout their academic journey. In 1999, they attended Aharon Katzir, where they focused on the study of Physics. From 2008 to 2011, Shay enrolled at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management with a specialization in Capital Markets. Continuing their educational pursuits, from 2013 to 2014, they attended The College of Management Academic Studies and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Financial Planning and Services.
