Marco Micheletti is an experienced hardware and firmware engineer with a career spanning over three decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Hardware Engineer at Aethra Telecommunications since April 2018, Marco has developed expertise in hardware development and firmware integration. Prior to this role, Marco worked at Avaya as a Hardware Engineer from February 2010 to March 2018, and at Aethra from April 1994 to February 2010 as a Hardware Test Engineer, where responsibilities similarly included hardware and firmware development. Marco began the professional journey as a Tester at Aethra Telecommunication from September 1991 to October 1992. Marco holds a diploma from ITIS V. Volterra Ancona, attained between 1986 and 1990.
