David Benoit

David Benoit is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Partner and Co-Founder at Aeton Law Partners, LLP since 2012, where David has built a successful law practice focused on providing outside counsel to a diverse range of corporate clients. Benoit previously held the role of CEO and Co-Founder at Wearsafe Labs from 2015 to 2022, where David developed innovative mobile communication and personal safety software that garnered global media attention. Prior to these ventures, Benoit gained extensive experience in corporate law as Partner and Founder at Pelorus Advisors, and in senior legal roles at Hartford Investment Management Company and The Hartford Financial Services Group. Benoit began their career as an Associate at Thelen LLP after earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut.
