Maria Kartasheva

Maria Kartasheva has had a diverse and successful career. In 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Design Dossier, where they tested software and successfully communicated with clients in conflicting situations. In 2018, they became a QA Specialist at Imagespark and quickly acquired a solid understanding of the product, creating test cases and checklists. In 2019, they worked as a Software Tester at You.i TV, where they conducted manual functional, smoke and regression testing of apps on various platforms. In 2020, they became a QA Lead / Software Tester at Aetonix, where they set up automation using Cypress, developed a mind-map of the whole app, and conducted exploratory and release regression testing.

Maria Kartasheva obtained a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the Russian University of Humanities between 2010 and 2015. In 2019, they obtained an ISTQB Certified Tester certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In June 2022, they were a Mentee in the Women in Tech Global Movement's Women's Global Mentoring Program. In November 2022, they received a certificate of participation in the TestJS Summit from GitNation.
