Wathsala Wickramapathirana is a seasoned Software Architect and Tech Lead at Aeturnum since July 2009, specializing in the completion and enhancement of applications, modules, and platforms across various domains, including Advertisement Content Management, e-commerce, and mobile payments. Previously, Wathsala served as a Consulting Architect for PayPal from June 2013 to February 2017, focusing on the mobile payment microservices platform, PayPal Paydiant, which assists merchants and banks in integrating mobile payment solutions. Wathsala's career began at Virtusa Pvt. Ltd. in August 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer, gradually advancing to technical manager and architect roles. Wathsala holds a BSc in Information Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
