Yasanthi Nanayakkara

Yasanthi Nanayakkara is an experienced project manager with a solid background in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Aeturnum since August 2022, Yasanthi previously held the position of Project Manager for the Sooriya re-launch project at Sooriya Records from October 2015 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Brandix Apparel Ltd. as Assistant Manager in Projects, where Yasanthi contributed to the turnaround project competency mapping, and Assistant Manager of Talent Engagement & Development, overseeing employee engagement and training programs. Additional experience encompasses Senior Executive positions in HR at Ocean India (Pvt) Ltd. and Brandix, where responsibilities included training, payroll management, and performance appraisals. Yasanthi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology and completed Advanced Levels in Mathematics at Visakha Vidyalaya.
