Amol Gole

Amol Gole is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in RTL design, FPGA development, and digital signal processing. Currently serving as the RTL Design Lead at Aeva since November 2017, Amol manages a team focused on ASIC and FPGA-based product development. Previous roles include FPGA Engineer at Falcon Computing Solutions, Inc., where Amol developed FPGA acceleration solutions, and Digital Design Engineer at Kumu Networks, responsible for advanced DSP filter implementations. Earlier in their career, Amol held significant positions such as Lead Hardware Engineer at Stone Ridge Technology, where Amol led the development of high-speed FPGA applications, and Lead Engineer at General Dynamics Robotic Systems, managing sensor module designs for defense applications. Amol began their career as a Patent Examiner at USPTO and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
