Ashesh Sasidharan

Ashesh Sasidharan is an accomplished Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Aeva since August 2022, with a focus on Production Testing and optimization for Lidar sensors. Prior experience includes serving as Data Manager at CompoundTek, where Ashesh led the development of Southeast Asia's first fully automated Silicon Photonics Testing Platform and utilized advanced data analytics for process monitoring. Ashesh's role at GLOBALFOUNDRIES spanned from Section Manager to Principal Engineer, leading data analytics and machine learning projects, including deep learning applications for defect classification. Ashesh began a career at Silicon Laboratories as an intern, contributing to the development of web-based HRMS. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NUS Business School and degrees in System Analysis and Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore and Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, respectively.
