Allan Bjerg Adeler

Allan Bjerg Adeler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level legal roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and VP of Legal & Contract Management at Aeven since June 2023, Allan previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at the LEGO Group from January 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Allan was Group General Counsel and VP of Legal & Contract Management at NNIT from February 2014 to January 2022, and has also worked as an Attorney at Law at Andersen Partners and Trolle Advokatfirma. Earlier legal experience includes positions at NNIT and Novo Nordisk, alongside a significant tenure at Kromann Reumert. Allan holds a Master's degree in law from Aarhus University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
