Alyssia Carstairs

Alyssia Carstairs, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of HR Operations & Total Rewards at AEVEX Aerospace, where responsibilities include managing compensation, benefits programs, compliance, and HRIS systems. Prior to this role, Alyssia held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, leading the HR Operations team and supporting strategic initiatives. Alyssia also has significant experience at Axos Bank as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and at BofI Federal Bank in various leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Deposit Strategy and Deposit Projects. Early career experience includes managing operations at Bank of America as Banking Center Service Manager. Alyssia holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
