Roger Wells

Roger Wells is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as President of AEVEX Aerospace since April 2025, Roger previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mercury Systems from November 2021 to April 2025 and also served as EVP & President of Microelectronics. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager of Unmanned Systems and Integrated Solutions at FLIR Systems, Vice President of Operations, and VP of Programs. Roger owned System Solutions Associates, LLC from July 2006 to June 2008 and worked as a Director at Northrop Grumman from 1998 to 2006. Academically, Roger has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University (1992-1995) and prior studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1990-1992).
