Matthew Tracy

Matt Tracy is a Portfolio Manager with responsibility for managing two separate accounts totaling approximately $2.0 billion in gross asset value. He has over 32 of experience in real estate investment management and finance Mr. Tracy joined AEW in 1996 as a Portfolio Controller, responsible for the financial reporting, management, and disposition of client assets throughout the U.S. He later served as Asset Manager for a several office, industrial, and independent living properties. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Tracy worked at Saunders Real Estate Corporation, specializing in commercial, residential and condominium property management. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a member of the New England CCIM network, is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (B.A.).
