Steve Sechko

Steve Sechko is a Managing Director of the firm and a Portfolio Manager in the AEW Partners Funds group with responsibility for investment origination and asset management on the East Coast. During his tenure at AEW, Mr. Sechko has been involved in acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and financing for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types and strategies across the United States. He is also a member of the Firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. At AEW, Mr. Sechko has been involved in acquisition transactions across the risk/return spectrum with a value in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Sechko joined the firm in March 2002. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Sechko worked for Citigroup in their Financial Management Leadership Development Program. Mr. Sechko is a graduate of Boston College (B.S.).
