Patricia Lacoste

Patricia Lacoste is an experienced professional in the field of application support and development, currently serving as Responsable Support at AEXAE since September 2023. Prior to this, Patricia held several roles at 1Life Group from August 2021 to September 2023, focusing on managing a support team and maintaining client relations regarding service quality and bug tracking. Between October 2000 and September 2021, Patricia worked at Econocom, progressing from roles such as Scrum Master, where Patricia implemented Agile methodologies, to Responsable du développement, overseeing development teams, and finally, Technical Architect, providing solutions for client and internal interfaces. Patricia began a career as an Analyst-Programmer at Eode – Netdev in 2000, conducting application audits and developing user guides. Educationally, Patricia holds a BTS in Information Management and a Baccalauréat L with a focus on Mathematics.
