Erin Miller-Mattord

Erin Miller-Mattord, MBA, CAWC, serves as the Manager of Training Delivery and Education at AF - Group since June 2018, leading the Agency & Policyholder Education Team and ensuring alignment between strategic and business goals. With experience as a Senior Training Specialist II and Training Specialist II, Erin has developed training programs, evaluated trainer performance, and collaborated across departments to enhance curriculum. Prior roles include Training Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group, Director at Brighton Community Education, and Center Director at Giggle Gang Daycare and Preschool. Erin holds an MBA in Analytics Technology & Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cleary University, alongside an Applied Sciences degree from Washtenaw Community College.
