Sverre Hærem

Sverre Hærem is the CFO at AF Gruppen.

Sverre started their career as a finance manager at EWOS in 1992. Sverre then moved to Intentia Consulting in 1997 as a project manager. In 1998, they joined Dyno Nobel ASA as business development manager. The following year, they were promoted to VP finance at Dyno Chemicals.

In 2000, Dyno Chemicals merged with Neste Chemicals into Dynea. Sverre became the SVP finance at Dynea and held this position until 2001.

In 2002, Sverre joined Fjord Seafood ASA as EVP & CFO. Sverre held this position until 2007 when they left to join AF Gruppen as CFO.

Sverre Hærem has a Master's degree in International Business from BI Norwegian Business School.

Their manager is Morten Grongstad, CEO. They are on a team with Eirik Wraal - Executive Vice President Environment and Energy, Arild Moe - Executive Vice President Construction , and Bård Frydenlund - Executive Vice President, Sweden, HR and Communications.
