Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at AF Gruppen Sverige is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction and industrial projects from inception to completion. This includes tasks such as project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards. The team consists of BIM Coordinators, Project Managers (Projektchefer), Site Managers (Platschefer), and Installation Managers (Installationsledare) who collaboratively work to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
