Lena Steinsholt

Lena Steinsholt is an accomplished leader in process and strategic development with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Process and Strategic Development at AFA Försäkring since January 2014, Lena oversees the establishment and operation of a new department focused on process development and operational excellence. Previous roles at AFA Försäkring include Director and Head of Process and Business Development, where Lena drove strategic development across the entire insurance process, and Department Manager, responsible for launching a new department for an insurance product. Prior to AFA Försäkring, Lena worked as a Management Consultant at Implement MP AB, specializing in change management, and held a Front Office Manager position at Grafair Flight Management AB, contributing to the establishment of Sweden's first dedicated General Aviation Terminal. Anecdotal experience includes an Office Trainee/Event Coordinator position at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK.
