Niklas Eideholm

Niklas Eideholm serves as Chefsjurist and General Counsel at AFA Försäkring since January 2014, having previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling from April 2009 to January 2014, and as Associate Judge of Appeal at Svea hovrätt. Additional roles span various judicial positions at Stockholms tingsrätt and Svea hovrätt, along with early career experience as an Associate at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå and a Law clerk at both Svea hovrätt and Stockholms tingsrätt. Niklas Eideholm holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University, a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University, and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Chefakademin. Membership in Sveriges Advokatsamfund was held from 2010 to 2014.
