Stephanie Andrade

Stephanie Andrade currently serves as the Deputy Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Strategy and Performance at AFAC, a position held since February 2023. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for managing a variety of DEI initiatives and collaborating with the Champions of Change program and AFAC's Diversity and Inclusion Group. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Organisational Development at IAG from August 2016 to November 2022, overseeing a team focused on DEI and early careers, and earlier roles as an Organisational Development Consultant and Principal at IAG, where strategic organizational design and culture initiatives were key responsibilities. Additionally, Stephanie worked as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at CGU Insurance from December 2013 to July 2016, where efforts were concentrated on implementing initiatives to enhance gender equity.
