Abdul Jaleel Hasan

Abdul Jaleel Hasan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Abdul Jaleel has worked as the Director Finance and Accounts/Company Secretary at AFAQ(Association For Academic Quality) since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Dar-e-Arqam Schools, where they were responsible for the overall financial management of the group. From 2018 to 2019, Abdul served as the CFO and Head of HR & OD at the Institute of Policy Studies in Islamabad. Abdul Jaleel was also the Chief Financial Officer at Meezab Group, where they managed the financial operations and system development of various business units. Abdul has also held leadership positions at Meezab e Kaaba Travels & Tours (Pvt.) Limited and Ramay Textile, where they showcased their expertise in financial management and accounting. Notably, they played a significant role in converting Ramay Textile from a partnership firm to a limited company. Throughout their career, Abdul has demonstrated skills in financial reporting, cash flow management, taxation, corporate matters, and the development of financial systems.

Abdul Jaleel Hasan completed a Certificate in Accounting & Finance / C.A. Inter from ICAP between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Hailey College of Commerce, Punjab University, Lahore from 1991 to 1994, where they received a B.Com degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Abdul Jaleel Hasan also obtained a CA Inter certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
