Lamis Magdy

Lamis Magdy is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at AFAQY since March 2018, Lamis has successfully built the technical team from the ground up, hiring over 200 engineers while also managing non-technical hiring responsibilities. Prior to this role, Lamis worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IMI International from October 2017 to March 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, screening applicants, and evaluating qualifications. Lamis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Business Administration English section, completed in 2017.
