Joel Randell

Joel Randell has worked in the media industry for over 15 years. In 2005, they began their career as an East Coast Correspondent for Unleashed Magazine. Joel then went on to work as a Reporter for Us Magazine - Wenner Media in 2006 and a Research Editor, Reporter for InStyle the same year. In 2006, they also worked as a Freelance Writer for Harris Publications. In 2007, they were a Research Editor, Writer, and On-Camera Producer for Maxim Inc. (MAXIM magazine). In 2015, they worked as a Content Editor for Google. In 2016, they were a Research Editor for Condé Nast. In 2017, they were an SEO Editor | Content Writer for Dollar Shave Club. In 2019, they were an Online Medical Fact Checker for Dotdash. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Branded Content Editor for Afar Media, where they edit and updates the 120-travel guide library for JPMorgan Chase bank’s travel magazine.

Joel Randell attended Rutgers University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Media.
