Laney Boland has worked in the marketing and sales fields since 2012. Laney began their career at Wenner Media as an Integrated Marketing Intern for Us Weekly Magazine in 2012. Laney then moved up to become a Marketing Assistant and then an Integrated Marketing Coordinator for Us Weekly at Wenner Media. In 2015, they joined Real Simple as an Assistant Manager of Integrated Marketing and then an Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing. In 2016, they moved to Time Inc. as an Associate Marketing Manager in Client Solutions. Finally, in 2018, they joined Afar Media as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Luxury Sales Manager, and Brand Partnerships Director.
Laney Boland received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism - Public Relations from The University of Kansas between 2009 and 2013. Laney also attended CIMBA in 2012 for Journalism. Additionally, they hold Global Awareness and Service Learning Certifications from the University of Kansas Global Awareness Program and Service Learning Department, respectively.
