Johannes Buschmeier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the CEO of GOPA AFC and Managing Director of MetaMeta since July 2007. With a strong background in agricultural economics, Johannes earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Agricultural Economics from Georg August University Goettingen between 1984 and 1989, supplementing this with a Diplom-Ingenieur agr. qualification from The University of Göttingen. Prior to transitioning to GOPA AFC, Johannes held the position of Managing Director at AFC Agriculture and Finance Consultants until March 2024.
