Christopher Gerrish

Christopher Gerrish is the Operations Director at AFC Bournemouth and serves as a Board Member and Executive Director for the AFC Bournemouth Women’s Team. With extensive experience in elite sports management, Christopher has led operations through crises and transformations within the Premier League. They have a background in both football and commercial sectors, focused on aligning performance with long-term organizational strategies. Previously, Christopher served as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan and Dorset Police departments before pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Risk & Security Management at the University of Portsmouth and completing leadership programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
